Shipping Information
All orders are processed and shipped from our Phoenix, Arizona warehouse. We ship to all 50 US states and Canada. Orders placed before 12:00pm MST on business days are typically processed same day.
Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping automatically — no coupon code needed. Discount is applied at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. If your tracking number isn’t working after 48 hours, please contact us.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Eligible for Return:
- Unused items in original, unopened packaging
- Items that arrived damaged or defective
- Incorrect items received
- Items within 30 days of delivery
Not Eligible for Return:
- Items that have been used or opened (except defective items)
- Digital downloads or template packs
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items returned after 30 days
How to Return

Get Return Authorization
We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
Pack & Ship
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at any UPS or USPS location.
Refund Issued
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping is covered by us via the prepaid label we provide.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately, no return required.
Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging when you contact us. This helps us file a claim with the carrier and improve our packaging process.
