Our Mission
Started on a Jobsite
Lean Logistics was founded by Jason Schroeder, a construction professional who spent years facilitating pull planning sessions and kept running into the same problem — the tools just weren’t good enough.
Clipboards fell apart. Sticky notes didn’t stick. Boards were too small. Markers bled through. And nobody had a reliable system for getting everything from the office to the trailer without something getting lost
or damaged.
